The 2022 Cowtown Marathon Health and Fitness Expo is a free two-day fun-filled event open to the public, runners, spectators, and volunteers. With expected numbers to reach upwards of 10,000 on Friday and nearly 60,000 on Saturday, The Cowtown Health and Fitness Expo is a great place for any business ready to showcase for a large audience. Individuals can only pick up their race day packets and t-shirts at the expo increasing
valuable foot traffic for both days of the expo. Speakers come together on both Friday and Saturday to educate runners on healthy race day and everyday habits, preventing and healing injuries, our marathon courses, and much more.

Attendees
40,000 attendees with 80-100 vendors catering to the health & fitness community
The in-person Expo is free to attend, open to all ages, and is family-friendly
Booths
- Standard booth size is 10×10 and comes with a skirted 6′ table and drape, 2 chairs, and a trash can
- Electricity, internet, and additional services are available via third-party providers
- Parking Passes are available for purchase
- Once your booth is confirmed, SES Exposition Company will forward a Vendor Service Kit to you. This is where additional services are ordered. Ordering and payment of additional services is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
- The Cowtown Marathon reserves the right to limit the number of Exhibitors with same type of products, but is not obligated to do so.
- Show Management reserves the right to relocate exhibitors or modify the floor plan for any reason, at any time.
